Commercial Modelling Analyst - Leading highly expansive property

Overview

Our client is a leading highly expansive property company, their portfolio is made up of 13 commercial properties in several locations across Europe and Asia Pacific and they are now looking to for a commerical modelling analyst to join their team.This crucial role will be instrumental in driving data analytics and modelling functions within the business.

Responsibilities

KPI Production :

• Deep dive into existing KPI processes.
• Take charge of daily KPI production tasks: gathering data, ensuring accuracy, and generating reports.
• Innovate and refine KPI processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.

Data and Modelling Support :

• Design cashflow models tailored to diverse commercial situations.
• Collaborate across teams for data procurement and spearhead ad-hoc analytics ventures.
• Augment data handling processes and champion improvements in IT systems, notably transitioning from Excel-centric methods.

Candidate Requirements

Essential :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, emphasizing numeric competency.
• Advanced skills in Excel; bonus for VBA experience.
• Either strong experience in building DCF models or experience with SQL
• Stellar communication skills, capable of connecting with a diverse global team.
• Unwavering attention to detail.
• Flexibility in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Independent thinker, proactive, with minimal guidance required.

Desirable :

• Knowledge in Python or other OOPlanguages.
• Experience or interest in the real estate sector.
