Our client is a leading Tech M&A boutique, working on cross border and collaborative transactions. They are one of the leaders in their field, currently working with some of the world\’s leading funds and entrepreneurs.

They are currently looking to bring on Associates to join their tech team focusing on the Fintech vertical. If you love Tech, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Managing deal flow from the MDs and work on the forefront of all deals
• Work on execution of deals
• Great team dynamic
• Excellent bonuses (Bulge Bracket levels)
• Ability to take on greater responsibility compared to traditional investment banking roles at this level

Candidate Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience within an M&A team at an Investment Bank or Boutique. Our client will also consider strong Corporate Finance candidates from the Big 4 who have at least 2 years PQE experience within lead advisory teams.
• Ideally experience within a tech team (or show a strong interest in the tech space)
• Able to work above and beyond their level.
