Our client is a prominent mid-market Investment bank with offices across Europe and the USA. With soaring deal volume, they now looking to build out and arelooking for an associate to join their healthcare team. Plenty of head room, Entrepreneurial and collaborative. Great opportunity to grow with the team. You will be Supporting the MD´s directly, and will be working on oprojects with a Diverse background (Exclusive Buy-Sides and Sell-Sides) The role: Manage execution of middle-market deals from end-to-end, the full project lifecycle. Build financial models Build and review pitch decks and IMs Assist with Origination of new mandates Candidate Requirements: Experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences M&A (Advisor, Corp Dev or Investor) M&A in Big 4 (or Boutique), Bank or Corporate development team is good. Ideally a degree or good understanding via work of the Healthcare space Previous Investment banking experience minimum of 3years experience within M&A (ideally a large chunk in HC) Strong entrepreneurial skills Desire to work in a collaborative team and organisation with European and US counterparts.
