- Provide onsite, telephone, and email support to staff, resolving IT issues promptly or escalating when necessary.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and telecommunications systems, including printers, projectors, and computers.
- Monitor system performance, complete backups, and ensure virus-checking routines are successful.
