Senior Service Desk Technician - MSPHuddersfield | On-site£30,000-£35,000 DoE + Benefits A well-established and growing MSP based in Huddersfield is looking for a technically strong and client-focused Senior Service Desk Technician to join their close-knit service desk team of 5. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid 2nd/3rd line experience who wants real variety, ownership of complex tickets, and a genuine route to develop within a stable, respected MSP. What You'll Be Doing: Deliver 2nd/3rd line support resolving escalated tickets from the wider service desk. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Support and maintain Hyper-V virtualised infrastructure. Configure and manage networking equipment, with a focus on WatchGuard and Draytek firewalls. Support LAN/WAN setups, VPNs, Wi-Fi solutions, and general network infrastructure. Monitor and maintain client infrastructure via RMM platforms, including patching and backup verification. Support Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware tooling, with exposure to SentinelOne beneficial.
