Circle Recruitment is looking for a Procurement Officer for a 6-month contract in Deeside (Flintshire), primarily on-site for 4 days with 1 day remote. The ideal candidate will have experience with CCS frameworks and contract writing, as well as a strong background in end-to-end procurement.

You will be responsible for managing tender processes, supplier relationships, and ensuring best value through Government frameworks. An opportunity to work inside IR35 is provided, and applicants with disabilities or military backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
