Contract until December £557/Day Inside IR35 Aberdeen
We are seeking a PMO Lead for our Government client based in Aberdeen. This role will be office based 2-3 days per week and the remainder remote. The PMO Lead role will be a contract until 21/12, paying between £500 - £557/Day Inside IR35. This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.
Role Profile:
- Leading delivery activity, establishing effective PMO discipline, and owning programme-level governance and decision-making structures.
- Demonstrate that they have delivered projects and programmes in a fast-paced environment as well as being adaptable in their approach.
- Supporting business leads and operational PMO managers in establishing and setting up projects and programmes for success.
- Setting delivery standards, ways of working, templates and controls across the organisation (including support and evolution of the PM Delivery Framework).
- Leading the delivery of discrete projects or complex workstreams, from initiation through to closure, including scope definition, planning, dependency management, risk control and benefits realisation.
- Managing key project and programme processes including monitoring and reporting, risk issue management.
