IT Support Analyst / IT Engineer with strong 2nd line IT support, Windows 11, Windows Server, Networking, O365, and Intune experience, is required by a leading company in Newark. Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to be in a hands-on role. The role is full-time on site in Newark, but also supporting some of the other offices across the Midlands.
Key Skills required:
- Excellent 2nd line IT Support / Service Desk support experience
- Experience supporting Windows 11 and Office 365
- Experience with Windows Server 19 / 22
- Experience with Azure, Intune, Exchange, Hyper-V and Active Directory
- Good working knowledge of support on-prem and configuring hybrid infrastructure environments
- Strong networking experience (e.g., Patching, TCP/IP, Switches, VLANs, Firewalls, etc.)
- Full UK Drivers licence and own car - essential requirement
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line IT Support to staff at all levels, with potential 3rd line responsibilities.
- Diagnosis and resolution of IT concerns via remote and on-site methods.
- Deployment of desktop/server software and hardware solutions.
- Enhancement and maintenance of current infrastructure.
- Regular proactive upkeep.
