NetDocuments DMS Specialist, with excellent experience in Document Management Systems, NetDocuments, including configuration of cabinets, workspaces, profiles and metadata, and security structures, is required by a UK-wide law firm. This role can be fully remote and you can work from anywhere in the UK.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience with NetDocuments, including the configuration and administration of cabinets, workspaces, profiles, metadata structures, and security models to support legal and business requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of alternative Document Management Systems (DMS), including iManage, with a deep understanding of how legal DMS platforms organise, classify, secure, and govern documents and metadata.
- Proven track record in document and metadata migration projects, successfully transferring content from legacy case management systems, document repositories, and unstructured file stores into target DMS platforms while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
- Advanced data management and analysis skills, with experience profiling large-scale document collections, designing metadata mapping strategies, cleansing and transforming data, and validating migrated content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality at volume.
