IT Support Analyst - Newark

Location: Newark
/n Salary: £32-40k DOE

IT Support Analyst / IT Engineer with strong 2nd line IT support, Windows 11, Windows Server, Networking, O365, and Intune experience, is required by a leading company in Newark.
/n
Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to be in a hands-on role. The role is full-time on site in Newark, but also supporting some of the other offices across the Midlands
/n
Key Skills required:
/n
/n
- Excellent 2nd line IT Support / Service Desk support experience
/n
- Experience supporting Windows 11 and Office 365
/n
- Experience with Windows Server 19 / 22
/n
- Experience with Azure, Intune, Exchange, Hyper-V and Active Directory
/n
- Good working knowledge of support on-prem and configuring hybrid infrastructure environments
/n
- Strong networking experience (e.g., Patching, TCP/IP, Switches, VLANs, Firewalls, etc.)
/n
- Full UK Drivers licence and own car - essential requirement
/n
/n
Key roles and responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Provide 2 line IT Support to staff at all levels, with potential 3 line responsibilities.
/n
- Diagnosis and resolution of IT concerns via remote and on-site methods.
/n
- Deployment of desktop/server software and hardware solutions.
/n
- Enhancement and maintenance of current infrastructure.
/n
- Regular proactive upkeep of server and desktop systems.
/n
- Thorough troubleshooting of user problems.
/n
- Crafting comprehensive support materials.
/n
- Contribution to the routine administration of IT systems.
/n
/n
Not only will you be joining a leading local organisation , you will have plenty of scope for growth and further development, if you wanted to undergo any relevant certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, CompTIA etc.) and a clear progression path to Infrastructure Engineer/Subject Matter Expect level.
