As the IT Support Technician you will be joining a close knit and sociable Managed Service Provider with a large emphasis on the culture fit as much as technical ability.

You will be given the authority to try and close tickets yourself or choose when to escalate them to a more senior member of the technical team, this gives you a much greater exposure to different problems and technology which can help to accelerate your own progression. The role will include some face to face customer support, so a full UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle is essential.

  • Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Active Directory
  • Proficient with M365
  • Networking knowledge - DNS, DHCP
  • Customer facing skills / Experience in a previous customer facing role
  • Full UK Drivers licence - essential
