We're partnering with a well-established, growing MSP that is looking to add a Cloud Support Engineer to its close-knit technical team. This is a varied position offering exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, security and client-facing project work. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, supporting a diverse client base while helping to shape processes, improve service delivery and contribute to technical projects across multiple environments.
The Role
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshooting infrastructure, networking and security issues
- Managing and maintaining cloud-based services and client systems
- Acting as a senior escalation point for technical incidents
- Supporting firewall, connectivity and endpoint management activities
- Assisting with project delivery, upgrades and system improvements
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of service
