Job Description
IT Helpdesk Engineer – IT MSP
Cockfosters (5 days a week onsite)
£26K-£30K (DOE)
A well-established Microsoft Gold Partner based in Cockfosters is seeking a skilled 1st Line IT Helpdesk Engineer with a strong background in MSP environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team that has been supporting SMEs across the South of England and internationally for over 15 years.
Having recently moved into a brand-new office, the company is continuing its growth journey and is looking for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to develop their skills, and ready to take on more responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of call for incoming tickets/phone calls
- Support and troubleshooting of Windows 11-10 OS queries
- O365 Administration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
- Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
- Occasional on-site client visits when required
Requirements:
- ESSENTIAL Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Office 365 Admin & troubleshooting (security, user creation)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Full UK driving licence
