A pioneering cybersecurity start-up, trusted by some of the world's leading organisations for intelligence and risk insights, are looking for an Internal IT Manager to take ownership of its internal technology environment and support a growing global team. The Internal IT Manager role will be fully remote in the UK, paying a starting salary between £60k - £70k DOE. This is a hands-on role focused entirely on internal systems and user support. You will not be supporting production environments or working as part of the software engineering function. Instead, you will be responsible for ensuring the business has a secure, reliable, and well-managed internal IT infrastructure. They are looking for someone who is comfortable managing cloud-based environments, particularly Google Cloud, supporting users and driving security and compliance initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the company's internal IT systems and infrastructure
- Administering Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft 365
- Setting up laptops, devices and accounts for new starters
- Managing user permissions, access controls and security settings
- Troubleshooting day to day technical issues across the business
- Supporting onboarding processes for new employees
