A prestigious Leeds-based law firm is seeking a HR Data Manager to take the lead on its HR data and analytics function, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.
About the Role:
As the HR Data Manager, you'll be responsible for the accuracy, governance, and strategic use of people data across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders from multiple departments to ensure data integrity, deliver actionable insights, and support decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage HR data systems (e.g., Workday, iTrent, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership and HR teams.
- Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support talent, diversity, and operational strategies.
- Oversee data audits, compliance, and GDPR-related processes within HR systems.
- Lead or support HR tech projects, upgrades, and integrations.
- Train and support HR users on best practices in data handling and reporting.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience with PowerBI.
- At least 12 months experience managing a HR data team.
- Excellent data analysis background (manipulating/interpreting data).
- Proficient with SQL.
- Good stakeholder management experience.
