The role is hybrid working, officially 3 days per week in the office, with a flexible approach to working.
Key Skills required:
- Windows Server 2025/2022 administration
- Office 365 administration - Entra ID, Autopilot, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, Automation, and so on
- Microsoft Exchange admin (on-prem and online)
- VMware (all aspects of VM/hypervisor operations), VMware Horizon remote access
- Group Policy, Active Directory (in hybrid configuration)
- Good networking protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS etc.)
- Storage and Backup solutions e.g. Veeam, Commvault
- Good understanding of ITIL practices
Here you will be joining a close-knit IT Infrastructure team providing 3rd line support to the global IT Service Delivery team, supporting a range of modern technologies in the Microsoft product suite, as well as other industry-specific solutions. It would be advantageous if the ideal Senior IT Systems Engineer has additional Linux exposure, and experience with Commvault or similar enterprise Backup/DR solutions.
With this opportunity, you will achieve:
