Looking for a role where you can do more than just clear tickets? We're working with a small, growing MSP that's looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to play a key role across client support, cloud infrastructure, networking and day-to-day service delivery. You'll be working closely with experienced engineers and the Managing Director, supporting a variety of client environments across Microsoft cloud technologies, infrastructure and security. It's a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to improve systems, contribute ideas and make a genuine impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
- Managing and troubleshooting networking and firewall issues
- Supporting infrastructure, security and endpoint technologies
- Acting as an escalation point for more complex technical issues
- Helping improve processes, documentation and service delivery
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their requirements
- Assisting with the coordination of engineering activities and internal projects
