IT Support Analyst with strong experience in Windows 11, Intune, Azure, Entra, and Microsoft 365 is required by a leading law firm in central Birmingham. In this role, you will be the first line of support for IT issues across the firm, using your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve employee issues promptly and contribute to the team by providing an excellent IT support service, with a mix of 1st and 2nd line work.

Experience required:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar IT support role, covering 1st & 2nd line IT Support
  • Working with helpdesk software, MS 365 & Windows 11
  • Experience with Azure, Intune, Entra ID etc
  • Any Network admin or basic IT security knowledge would be a bonus
  • Excellent understanding of various systems and a passion for learning about new and upcoming technology and software
  • Ability to find solutions and assist staff at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver on deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to users at all levels.
  • Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and networking issues via remote and on-site methods.
  • Enhancement and maintenance of the current infrastructure.
  • Regular proactive upkeep of desktop systems.
