Benefits & Pensions Consultant - London
Benefits & Pensions Consultant with experience of UK DC pension regulation and working with third-party providers is required by a global Civil Engineering company.
The role can be based out of London or Epsom.
Join a leading global organisation and play a key role in delivering pensions and benefits programmes across the UK & Europe.
You'll support the management of pension schemes, benefits administration, provider relationships and employee wellbeing initiatives, while gaining exposure to wider Total Rewards projects.
Experience required
- Excellent understanding of Defined Contribution pensions & benefits, including auto-enrolment, retirement options and governance requirements.
- UK DC pension regulation and working with third-party providers Experience within pensions, benefits, HR or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with benefits platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the governance and administration of UK & Ireland defined contribution pension arrangements.
- Manage pension-related activity, provider relationships and benefits platform administration.
- Work closely with brokers, administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with benefits governance, reporting and compliance activities.
- Support wider UK & Europe benefits programmes, including health, protection and wellbeing initiatives.
- Help deliver employee communications, financial wellbeing campaigns and educational events.
