We are seeking a Project Manager for our Government client based in Aldermaston and Reading. This role will be office based 60% and remote 40%. The Project Manager role will be an initial 18 month contract paying between £55 - £63 ph Inside IR35.

Role Profile:
- To deliver assigned projects to time, cost and quality, compliant with their processes.
- The role of the Project Manager may also include the applications of their skill sets within nuclear programmes and projects in supporting the delivery of their mission.
- Project Managers will be expected to work in roles which require an awareness and compliance to the nuclear license condition.
- Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality.
- Lead, coach and develop a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
- Needs to have NEC Contract Management experience.
- Awareness of the construction phase (CSC card holder).
- Needs to have a background in the security industry, hostile vehicle etc.
- Will involve heavily with engaging with supply chain.
- Can drive schedule cost, manage complexity, risk, security mindset.
- Needs to have worked for a complex organisation.
- Expectation is they will pick things up quickly and run with project.
- Technology background either electrical, rail, signalling or Underground experience.
