We are seeking a Procurement Manager for our Government client and can be based in Bootle, Glasgow, Bootle, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, or Basingstoke. The role will be primarily a WFH role, with adhoc office attendance.
The Procurement Manager role will be an initial contract until 31/03 paying between £450 - £500/Day Inside IR35.
This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Description:
Manage end-to-end procurement and contract letting processes in accordance with the relevant Procurement Regulations
Support internal stakeholders in all aspect of the contract letting process including pre-market engagement; developing procurement strategies; developing statement of service requirements and evaluation approaches ensuring the timely re-competition and extension of contracts to support business requirements
Manage the procurement process, supporting stakeholders throughout the negotiation and contract management process
Manage supplier performance and conduct service reviews for central service contracts, if applicable
Oversee the administration process of contracts and supplier management, including liaison with stakeholders and business representatives as required
Support the management of a contracts register for all contracts, updating the supplier and contract database and providing general advice on the contracts, suppliers and processes in place
Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative to deliver outcomes.
