We are seeking a Procurement Manager for our Government client and can be based in Bootle, Glasgow, Bootle, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, or Basingstoke. The role will be primarily a WFH role, with adhoc office attendance.
The Procurement Manager role will be an initial contract until 31/03 paying between £450 - £500/Day Inside IR35.
This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Description:
- Manage end-to-end procurement and contract letting processes in accordance with the relevant Procurement Regulations
- Support internal stakeholders in all aspect of the contract letting process including pre-market engagement; developing procurement strategies; developing statement of service requirements and evaluation approaches ensuring the timely re-competition and extension of contracts to support business requirements
- Manage the procurement process, supporting stakeholders throughout the negotiation and contract management process
- Manage supplier performance and conduct service reviews for central service contracts, if applicable
- Oversee the administration process of contracts and supplier management, including liaison with stakeholders and business representatives as required
- Support the management of a contracts register for all contracts, updating the supplier and contract database and providing general advice on the contracts, suppliers and processes in place
- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative to deliver outcomes.
