Join our rapidly growing team in London to work across our Private Services arm, supporting a small group of high-profile individuals with their personal requests - from stays and travel to live events, dining, wardrobe, and bespoke occasions.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Monitoring and triaging incoming requests through a private inbox
- Sourcing and scoping options across stays, dining, travel, wardrobe and live events
- Liaising with hotels, restaurants, brands, venues, management and agencies
- Coordinating logistics end-to-end
- Maintaining private, confidential records of requests, preferences and contacts
- Producing monthly internal summaries for the lead
Candidates must have:
- Professionalism & complete discretion
- Ability to write clear, polished English under pressure
- Independence and ability to use initiative
- The ability to work to short deadlines
- Previous experience handling requests for high-profile or private clients
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Fast and competent on emails, messaging etc.
- Good sense and understanding of the luxury hospitality, fashion and entertainment industries
- Interest in hospitality, travel & events
- Relationships/contacts across hotels, restaurants and brand teams in London
Other information:
- Covent Garden (London) office - 4 days a week (1 day work from home)
- 25 days a year holiday + bank holidays
