Join our rapidly growing team in London and work across travel and hospitality clients, including but not limited to Gaia Mayfair, Shanghai Me, La Maison Ani, Aqua Restaurant Group, Eataly London, TUMI, Leréi London, Lady A by Soho House, Manko Paris, The Lana - Dorchester Collection and many others. Offices in London as well as Dubai, Paris & New York.
Qualifications
- Experience within hospitality and travel public relations
- Key relationships within media (e.g., lifestyle, trade) relevant to hospitality, travel & fashion.
- Experience managing and leading a PR team across media, influencers & partnerships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a small team.
- Extensive experience in a client-facing role – ability to lead meetings on behalf of directors.
- Ability to problem solve and hit the ground running from day one, understanding the importance of being results driven.
- Experience leading client accounts with communication plans and creating new business proposals.
Duties
- Day-to-day contact for clients and relay information/ liaise with company director accordingly.
- Supporting senior account executives and account executives with full communications plan execution.
- Ability to secure coverage within media and leverage own relationships across talent, influencers, and partnerships.
- Review/draft press releases and support with distribution to key contacts (tier 1 media).
- Lead internal planning and brainstorming meetings.
- Track client monthly KPI’s and ensure targets are hit.

- Covent Garden (London) office - 4 days a week (1 day work from home)
- 25 days a year holiday + bank holidays
