Join our rapidly growing team in London and work across Circle PR’s hospitality, travel and lifestyle clients, while also supporting Esmeralda’s Mayfair (live music and late-night lounge within Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, Hanover Square). The role supports both entities, so you must be confident switching between agency and venue marketing.
Circle PR has offices in London as well as Dubai, Paris & New York City.
Candidates Must Have:
- 2–3+ years’ experience in marketing within hospitality and/or travel (agency, venue, hotel group or luxury lifestyle)
- Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, including how to drive footfall, bookings and awareness through content, partnerships, and storytelling
- Excellent copywriting skills (social captions, newsletters, website updates, internal documents) and a strong eye for premium branding
- Excellent design skills to support with deck creation (new business pitches, partnership proposals, etc)
- Experience creating and managing content calendars across multiple accounts/brands
- Confident managing social channels (primarily Instagram, with awareness of TikTok-style content) and building community engagement and experience with META advertising
- Experience coordinating content shoots and managing assets (photo/video) with an organised approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a small team, juggling competing priorities with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset - ability to problem solve and hit the ground running from day one, understanding the importance of being results-driven
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders, clients and partners on behalf of the director
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting both Circle PR and Esmeralda’s Mayfair with day-to-day marketing needs, relaying information and liaising with director accordingly
- Managing META advertising spend to drive awareness and proven experience
- Supporting with SEO
- Updating the websites - experience using Figma is ideal
- Owning and maintaining weekly and monthly content calendars for both entities
- Creating, scheduling and publishing social media content (posts, stories, reels) and ensuring each brand’s tone of voice is consistent.
- Supporting campaign planning and execution for launches, seasonal moments and key events
- Coordinating content shoots: briefing, shot lists, scheduling, on-site support (when required), and post‑production delivery
- Assisting with brand collaborations and partnerships (venue and agency), including outreach support, deliverables, and reporting.
- Manage outreach for footfall partnerships for Esmeralda's Mayfair.
- Build hospitality-led marketing assets (press packs, case studies, partnership/event proposals, new business pitches, etc)
- Identify relevant awards, manage submissions, speaking opportunities, and partnerships.
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs (growth, engagement, reach, clicks, bookings signals) with weekly snapshots and monthly summaries
- Supporting internal planning and brainstorming meetings — bringing creative ideas that translate into demand and coverage moments
