This is an opportunity for a candidate with 1-2+ years of experience to take their role to the next level.
Working on clients including Gaia Mayfair, Voss Water, Palace Hotels, Baglioni Hotels, Skin Laundry, STK Restaurants, Crossroads Maldives, and many others.
Having previously worked within a Public Relations agency in a media-based role, the candidate will be competent and have experience liaising with media, have a strong interest and knowledge of the current media landscape, enthusiastic and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
The role will be client-facing and reporting directly to the company director and is a great opportunity for career growth and progression.
Initial 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
· Sending invitations to press for product, services and experience – in exchange for coverage.
· Assisting with the managing of accounts – including press, media, influencers & partnerships
· Negotiating forms of coverage for clients (e.g. print, digital, features, roundups, social)
· Leading and being a point of contact in the conversations with clients
· Building and developing a network of your own media contacts including journalists and industry specialists
· Growing and maintaining company databases with press contacts
· Creating media lists for clients across all spheres
· Drafting press releases for client and management approval
· Clippings of secured coverage
· Creating reports for clients at the end of the month
· Supporting with new business pitches
· Assisting with communications plans
Candidates must have:

· The ability to work to a deadline
· Previous examples of work and case studies
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
· Fast and competent on emails, writing etc.
· Good sense and understanding on the entertainment and hospitality industries
· Interest in hospitality, travel & events
· Relationships/contacts with journalists
Salary is based on experience.
