Retail Store Supervisor
Location: 2988 Highway 16 East Thornhill, BC V8G 3N7. Work location: On site.
Salary: $25.00 per hour. Hours: 30 to 40 per week. Employment: Permanent, Full time.
Responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers
- Manage cash
Supervision
- 3-4 people

Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail or supervisory role
