Help organisations doing important work get the digital support they deserve. Circle Interactive is a Bristol-based digital agency. We help charities, membership organisations, professional bodies and other purpose-led organisations use technology to work more effectively and increase their impact.

Our clients do work that matters. They support better mental health, protect digital rights, strengthen communities, represent professions, campaign for change and provide essential services. Behind that work are websites, CRM systems and digital platforms that need to be dependable, secure and properly supported. That is where we come in.

We are looking for a warm, highly organised and proactive Client Success Executive to help our clients feel heard, informed and well supported. You will often be the first person a client speaks to when they need help. You will not be expected to fix technical problems yourself. Your role will be to understand what is happening, recognise its impact, bring in the right people and keep everyone informed until the work is complete. You will help clients feel looked after and help us keep work moving.

The role

  • You are the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring that their feedback shapes our service and that they feel the tangible impact of our digital support.
  • You will focus on providing great service, communicating effectively and helping clients get value from their relationship with Circle.
  • You will provide that human connection while coordinating activity across our support, development, hosting, project delivery and Account Management teams.
  • This is a varied role for someone who enjoys people, communication and organisation.
  • This role provides a holistic view of agency operations. It is an excellent platform to build a career in digital account management, project coordination, or client services.

What you will do

  • Support on-boarding of new clients
  • Help manage client access to our platforms
  • Respond to incoming enquiries from existing clients
  • Arrange calls or demonstrations with the other colleagues if needed
  • Support strong client relationships

You will work alongside our Account Managers, helping them maintain regular contact with clients. This will include:

  • arranging account reviews and other client meetings
  • identifying client training needs and organisational changes
  • keeping client records up to date

What you will bring to the team

What matters most is how you work with people and follow things through with organisational rigour. You should be inquisitive and a good communicator and feel comfortable in a modern digital environment. You will be someone who:

  • communicates warmly, clearly and professionally
  • enjoys speaking to people and is comfortable picking up the phone to clarify or check in
  • listens carefully and asks questions ensuring that our clients always feel heard

Working at Circle

We will help you develop an understanding of our services and systems, including CRM, websites, hosting and digital support. Our culture is based on trust, flexibility, collaboration and taking responsibility. You will work with experienced people who are generous with their knowledge. We value asking questions, sharing ideas, helping colleagues and looking for solutions.

Flexible, part-time working and hybrid working

This role can be part time or full time, spread across five days. We work flexibly, with a mixture of office and home working. We get together in our Bristol office for team and whole company days at least a couple of times a month.

Equal opportunities

We want Circle to be a welcoming place where different experiences and perspectives are valued.

  • flexibility
  • pension
  • learning time
  • opportunity to attend relevant conferences and sector events
  • regular team days and social activities
  • increasing annual leave with length of service
  • enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave

Interviews will take place the following week.
