Demonstrate Clinical Judgement

Prepare to discuss scenarios where you've had to assess patient needs and make critical decisions. Think about times when you recognised changes in a patient's condition and how you escalated those concerns. This will highlight your ability to use clinical judgement under pressure.

Showcase Your Communication Skills

As a nurse, communication is key. Be ready to share examples of how you've effectively communicated with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. This could include explaining treatment plans or collaborating with colleagues to ensure patient safety.

Familiarise Yourself with IT Systems
