We have an opportunity for a Senior Theatre Practitioner to join their team of staff in the Theatre department. Supervise junior theatre practitioners, ODPs, and healthcare assistants, providing clinical guidance and oversight during shifts. Identify and escalate clinical or operational risks and participate in audits and incident reviews. Liaise closely with consultants, anaesthetists, recovery staff, and ward teams to ensure continuity of care and an excellent patient experience. Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC). Significant experience in the perioperative setting with specialist knowledge in orthopaedic surgery.
