The role is a full‑time, 37.5 hours per week position in the Administration department. The selected candidate will cover a flexible shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
  • Ensure that Circle Health Group best‑practice process maps are followed to provide an efficient, professional and standard service to all patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
  • Handle all patient queries, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Approve electronic bookings received via the relevant system and update any booking received via email.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act, ensuring appropriate measures are taken for patients, relatives, visitors, hospital staff and contractors, and comply with all relevant mandatory training.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2.
  • Proficiency in the use of a PC, including common software and systems.
  • Basic financial awareness.
  • Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment is beneficial.
  • Commitment to comply with mandatory training and health and safety requirements.
