Salary: Up to £46,220.67 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for an Clinical Specialist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a part time role for 7.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- Undertake expert assessment and treatment of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pre/postnatal conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
- Act as the clinical lead for pelvic health physiotherapy, ensuring service quality, consistency, and alignment with best practice.
- Work closely with urogynaecologists, colorectal surgeons, obstetricians, continence nurses, and other allied health professionals.
- Deliver specialist training, supervision, and mentorship to physiotherapists, students, and wider healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in accordance with HCPC, CSP, and organisational policies.
- Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and maintain up-to-date knowledge in pelvic health research and clinical practice.
Applicant Criteria
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Extensive post-registration experience in women’s, men’s, and pelvic health physiotherapy.
- Recognised postgraduate training in pelvic health or continence physiotherapy.
- Advanced clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment skills.
- Experience in service development, teaching, or supervision.
