Salary: £24,947.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and availability of surgical instrumentation, liaising with internal decontamination services and external hospitals where required.
  • Ensure all instruments are clean, functional, and delivered to the correct locations in a timely manner to meet daily theatre schedules.
  • Assist in the ordering, rotation, and replenishment of theatre consumables, following Circle Health Group’s preferred suppliers and procurement policies.
  • Support the theatre team in delivering seamless surgical services, contributing to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with theatre practitioners, sterile services, procurement, and external providers to maintain clarity and continuity in equipment and stock availability.
  • Ensure all instrumentation handling complies with hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Experience working within a theatre environment or a clinical support role.
