An MSP based in Wakefield is looking for an IT Systems Administrator with excellent experience using Windows servers and network technologies. The IT Systems Administrator will play a key role in maintaining and where necessary improving the company's IT infrastructure, maintaining key documentation and collaborating with 3rd party suppliers on other IT projects.

Key Skills

  • At least 3 years of professional IT Support experience.
  • Excellent experience with Windows Servers and Office365.
  • Proficient working with network technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi.
  • Confident using Azure Active Directory and Mimecast.
  • Exposure to 3rd line Support experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain, and monitor the company's IT Infrastructure.
  • Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and available to support business operations.
  • Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure the IT infrastructure and servers work to maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system inventories.
  • Research and identify improvements/upgrades for both hardware and software infrastructure using best practices.
