We are seeking a Senior Reporting Specialist for our Government client based in London. The role requires hybrid working, with attendance at the offices twice a week. The Senior Reporting Specialist role will be an initial 12 month contract, paying between £300 - £350/Day Inside IR35.
Role Profile:
- Proactively gathers, evaluates, and analyses information and evidence from diverse sources to drive strategic change (Changing & Improving).
- Maintains an open-minded, scientific, and sceptical approach to identifying causes of failures and poor performance (Making Effective Decisions).
- Effectively integrates with existing third-party supplier relationships.
- Strong communication skills, capable of gathering reporting requirements and conveying outcomes to both technical and non-technical users.
- Proficient in MS Excel and the Office suite.
- PowerBI expertise.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow reporting functionality, including basic familiarity with the Performance Analytics module.
- Skilled in 'dot walking' within ServiceNow's native reporting environment, creating dashboards, and sharing them with users.
- Broad understanding of operational processes such as ITIL and modern digital support teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology with an appreciation for iterative, continuous improvement (Delivering at Pace).
