A Senior Business Development & Marketing Executive with strong experience in business development and marketing within a law firm is required by one of the leading firms in Central London. You must have experience working in a BD or marketing role for a solicitor\'s or law firm and be confident running your own campaigns.
This role offers excellent progression opportunities into management and includes hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office).
Experience required:
Minimum 4 years\' experience in a business development or marketing role within the legal sector
Proven track record of independently running BD and marketing campaigns
Some experience with bids and tenders
CRM knowledge is a bonus
Key responsibilities:
Support the delivery of BD strategy across key stakeholders, legal groups, and client programmes
Respond to marketing requests and assist with directory submissions and credentials packs
Create, manage, and proof marketing materials, including final reviews of junior team outputs
Oversee multimedia content, including video and podcast production
Coordinate and support events in collaboration with the BDM team
Deliver targeted BD and marketing campaigns and contribute to commercial client initiatives
Assist with complex tenders and reporting, including ad hoc research and analysis
Support team development, mentor junior staff, and contribute to wider BDM projects
