Sales Development Representative £28-35k Base (£80k+ OTE) Remote (Cheltenham area preferred) We\’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our cyber security client\’s growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and be rewarded for their performance. We\’re looking for someone who can take initiative and isn\’t afraid to pick up the phone – this role is all about cold calling and speaking with prospects to close deals. Responsibilities: Making high volumes of out-bound calls to generate new business opportunities. Proactively prospecting and qualifying leads. Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients. Booking qualified meetings and support closing opportunities. Representing our client\’s brand in a professional, consultative manner. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales. Proven strong business development and lead generation skills. A motivated self-starter and confident communicator who is proactive in their outreach and happy to be on the phone. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships. A creative, strategic thinker who can personalize outreach and adapt to different buyer personas.
