Are you a paid social marketer with experience running Meta campaigns and a passion for creating ads that actually perform? We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join a growing marketing team and help drive customer acquisition through paid social campaigns. This isn't a role for someone who simply follows a process - we're looking for someone who enjoys testing new ideas, challenging what's already in place, and helping shape creative campaigns that deliver results.

You'll join a specialist team of three within a wider marketing function of 35, working closely with experienced colleagues who can provide plenty of support, training and mentoring as you continue to develop your career.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta platforms
  • Contributing creative ideas to improve campaign performance and engagement
  • Testing audiences, creatives and campaign approaches to maximise results
  • Analysing performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners
  • Supporting activity across additional channels including TikTok and other emerging platforms
