Requirements
- We require strong hands‑on experience developing solutions within case management platforms such as Visual Files, SOS Connect, P4W, Share DO, Actionstep, Proclaim, or similar.
- We require experience migrating from one case management system to another.
- We require previous experience managing or leading a software development team, or informal leadership experience such as mentoring developers, leading projects, or acting as a technical lead.
- We require an excellent understanding of legal technology and law firm workflows.
- We require experience delivering system, data, workflow, and process migrations between enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities
- We lead and manage the software development function, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
- We oversee the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
- We own the technical roadmap for case management development and integrations during the migration to a new case management system.
- We design, build, and maintain custom workflows, automations, and integrations within the new case management platform.
- We work closely with legal stakeholders and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- We drive continuous improvement in development processes and Agile delivery.
