About the Role
We are looking for an Offensive Engineer to join our security team and help us stay ahead of real-world threats. This is not a 'run-the-tool-and-write-the-report' role - we are looking for someone who enjoys building, automating, and thinking creatively about offensive security.
You will be working fully remotely from the UK (or abroad but UK right to work is paramount), collaborating with a highly technical team to design and deploy offensive security solutions, develop tooling, and simulate adversary behaviour at scale. If you enjoy combining hands-on hacking with software engineering and automation, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Creating smart automation offensive security activities including penetration testing and foot holding / initial access
- Designing, building, and deploying custom offensive tooling and automation
- Studying and deploying exploit code and offensive tooling (TTPs)
- Working with cloud infrastructure to support large-scale testing, data processing, and real-time attacks
- Collaborating closely with engineers and security teams to fine tune and research improvements and testing
- Continuously researching emerging threats, techniques, and vulnerabilities
Ideal Traits

- Red Team & Offensive Security Expertise - Hands on, manual, automation and tool writing
- Cloud Infrastructure Experience - Some deployment and automation ideally
- Innovative Mindset - a scientist mindset. How to improve and learn.
- Programming & Automation Skills - Python or Go ideally. Maybe you are an open source contributor as well?
Why Join Us?
- Fully remote role across the UK and Europe
- Β£70-80k salary, depending on experience
- Freedom to build, automate, and innovate rather than just follow playbooks
- A collaborative, engineering-led security culture
