A well-established agency is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager / Account Manager with strong campaign experience to join their client services team. This is a hands-on, consultative role, managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients predominantly within the Engineering, Technical and Manufacturing sectors. These are not global household name brands; they are ambitious businesses that value strategic input and a collaborative agency partner.
The role would suit someone who enjoys being close to clients, being the face of the account, shaping campaigns end-to-end, and having real influence over the work delivered.
Key responsibilities:- Managing client relationships and leading campaign delivery from brief through to results
- Planning and delivering online and offline campaigns across multiple marketing channels
- Working closely with brand, performance, content, social and design teams
- Developing campaign messaging, positioning and creative briefs
- Monitoring performance, analysing results and translating data into clear, actionable insights
- Optimising campaigns against agreed objectives and ROI
- Supporting customer acquisition initiatives, including digital assets and web projects
- Using marketing technology and automation tools to support campaign delivery
- 3 + years’ experience within a marketing agency, ideally a smaller or independent agency
- Proven experience managing multi-channel B2B campaigns
- A consultative approach to client management, with confidence advising and influencing
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail across content, messaging and delivery
- Experience using marketing technology and automation platforms
- Exposure to HubSpot is highly desirable
- A proactive, self-starting individual comfortable working remotely
