Bradford | Hybrid (3 days in the office) ?? £38,000 - £40,000 Are you a paid social marketer with experience running Meta campaigns and a passion for creating ads that actually perform?

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join a growing marketing team and help drive customer acquisition through paid social campaigns.

This isn't a role for someone who simply follows a process - we're looking for someone who enjoys testing new ideas, challenging what's already in place, and helping shape creative campaigns that deliver results.

You'll join a specialist team of three within a wider marketing function of 35, working closely with experienced colleagues who can provide plenty of support, training and mentoring as you continue to develop your career.

What you'll be doing: Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta platforms Contributing creative ideas to improve campaign performance and engagement Testing audiences, creatives and campaign approaches to maximise results Analysing performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners Supporting activity across additional channels including Tik Tok and other emerging platforms What we're looking for: Around 1-2 years' experience managing Meta advertising campaigns Experience within retail, ecommerce or B2B marketing would be beneficial, but isn't essential A creative mindset with the confidence to suggest new ideas and improvements Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in performance marketing Someone proactive, curious and keen to learn Tik Tok advertising experience would be a bonus Why join? £38,000 - £40,000 salary Hybrid working (3 days in the office) Plenty of training, mentoring and development opportunities Exposure to multiple paid social platforms Opportunity to become a true paid social specialist Join a collaborative team where your ideas will be heard and valued If you're looking for a role where you can develop your paid social expertise, learn from experienced marketers and play an active role in shaping campaign strategy, we'd love to hear from you.
