Legal Senior Project Manager, with at least 5+ years Legal Project Management, is required by a multinational law firm in Central London. You must have Legal or project management qualifications (e.g. APM, or LPM certifications) & should either come from a Legal Solutions Engineering projects (Looking at AI & technology solutions) or a traditional LPM background in either mergers, disputes or finance
As a Senior Project Manager, you\’ll work closely with partners, lawyers, and clients to scope, plan, and manage complex legal matters, while also mentoring junior members of the team. You\’ll bring structure, transparency, and efficiency to high-value legal projects across multiple practice areas. The company offer a great career path to go into Lead roles in the future
Experience Required
- 5+ years\’ experience in legal project management (LPM) in Legal Technology, Legal Finance or Disputes
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong budgeting, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Proven experience of developing legal solutions for clients
- Familiarity with legal tech and AI tools is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Legal or project management qualifications (e.g. APM, or LPM certifications)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for high-value legal matters across the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with legal teams and clients to define scope, budgets, timelines, and governance.
- Promote and implement legal tech and AI / legal solutions to improve service delivery.
- Act as a Solutions ambassador within practice groups, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement in legal processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Partner with Innovation, AI, Business Development, IT, and Finance to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor junior members of the project team
