An experienced IT Trainer with proficient Azure, SharePoint and E-Learning experience is needed to join a global legal powerhouse based in Leeds. As part of the expanding Learning & Development function, the IT Trainer will help shape the firm's digital capability and support major technology advancements across the organisation.

Key skills the IT Trainer will have:

  • At least 2 years experience delivering IT training within legal, professional services, or similarly structured environments.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Azure).
  • Previous E-learning experience (Via presentations, teams/audio calls).
  • Familiarity with legal software systems and experience with AI tools such as Co-Pilot is beneficial.
  • A passion for digital learning and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content.

Collaborate with the IT Training Manager to deliver IT Training strategies and workshops virtually and in-person to colleagues and staff. Deliver classroom, virtual and one-to-one training on core systems, Microsoft 365, legal tech platforms, and modern digital workplace tools. Design and produce high-quality training documentation, guides, eLearning and video content. Support the rollout of new technologies, including AI-driven tools, workflow platforms and collaboration systems. Conduct training needs analysis and tailor programmes to improve capability, efficiency and adoption. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted adviser for digital upskilling across the firm. Provide coaching, support and constructive feedback to ensure continuous learner development.
