We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join a growing ecommerce business and help drive customer growth through paid social campaigns. This is an opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll have the freedom to test new ideas, influence creative direction and develop into a true paid social specialist.
Working within a dedicated performance marketing team, you'll play a key role in planning, launching and optimising campaigns across Meta platforms, while gaining exposure to additional channels such as TikTok and other emerging paid social platforms.
You'll be responsible for managing and improving paid social campaigns, analysing performance data and identifying opportunities to increase engagement, conversions and return on investment.
We're particularly interested in people who enjoy the creative side of performance marketing. You'll work closely with colleagues across marketing, ecommerce and creative teams, helping shape campaigns from concept through to delivery and optimisation.
