Key Skills
- Windows Server Operations Server 2016 and above
- Office 365 / Exchange Online / SharePoint
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Cloud based services such as Microsoft Azure / AWS
- Networking fundamentals (Cisco switch management, routing etc.)
- Firewalls – Cisco, Palo Alto
- Backup Software experience – Veeam
- Good understanding of security i.e. Cyber Essentials and ISO27001
The roles and responsibilities include providing service desk support for all employees and maintaining the 365 hosted platforms and internal IT networks
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support for all employees both onsite and remote
- Admin of on-prem and Azure AD, O365, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online
- Troubleshooting, systems backups, and disaster recovery functions
- Hardware and virtual desktop configuration and deployment
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers
- Network monitoring and identifying any hardware issues
- Providing adequate up to date IT documentation
- Suggesting improvements to enable efficient use of company technology to staff
