This is a hands-on leadership role where you\’ll set strategy, oversee service desk operations, manage IT projects, and ensure our systems and services run smoothly and securely.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and global teams, you\’ll manage a talented IT team, drive process improvements, and make sure their technology aligns with business objectives. From vendor management and infrastructure upgrades to implementing ITIL best practices, this role gives you the scope to make a real impact.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring a small team covering IT infrastructure and service desk support. (Windows, Azure, Office 365)
- Aligning IT systems with business needs, ensuring reliability and security.
- Driving improvements in IT service delivery and processes.
- Managing IT projects from concept to completion.
- Overseeing vendor relationships and contract performance.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT service management or a similar leadership role.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Experience managing teams, vendors, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
