We are currently looking for a Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud) for our government client. This role is hybrid, based between up to 3 days per week on site and the remainder of the week working remotely. There is no further flexibility with expected time on site. Office locations include Bristol or London, as preferred. The contract for this position is until 31/03/26, with potential to extend, operating inside IR35.
Security Clearance: eligible for Security Check ('SC Clearance')
This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.
Essential skills/experience required:
- A degree level qualification
- Strong payroll function knowledge
- Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas
- 10+ years' experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes
- Experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships
