D365 Account Manager - Microsoft Partner - hybrid/Surrey up to £50,000A Microsoft Partner who I am partnering with are looking for a D365 Account Manager to join their growing consultancy.

They are looking for someone who has experience managing customer relationships within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and if confident working with clients to understand their needs, support ongoing success, and identify opportunities for future growth.

The client is an established Microsoft D365 Business Central Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high quality ERP solutions, implementations and ongoing support services.

They work closely with organisations to help them maximise the value of their D365 investment, combing strong technical capability with a customer first approach.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and wants to play a key role in helping customers achieve success with D365 solutions.

Responsibilities; Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of D365 customers.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities across D365 solutions, upgrades, enhancements, and support services within Business Central Understand customer goals, challenges, and business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Support customer renewals, account growth, and identifying additional services or solutions.

Maintain accurate account plans, customer records and opportunity pipelines.

Help customers maximise the value they receive from their D365 investment.

Experience required; Experience managing customer accounts within a D365, ERP, CRM or technology consultancy environment.

Strong understanding of customer relationship management and account development.

Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.

Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support account growth.

Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
