We're looking for a Demand Marketing Manager, with a background in SAAS, to lead enterprise focused demand strategy and pipeline progression, delivering high-quality opportunities across complex B2B sales cycles and engaging security decision-makers within global organisations. For this role, you must be resident in the UK and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
Role Overview
- Define and optimise high-quality demand across personas, segments and target accounts.
- Own pipeline generation, nurturing and progression from initial engagement through to sales-qualified opportunities, ensuring campaigns resonate with decision-makers in B2B and enterprise organisations.
- Use marketing automation, data analysis and account-based marketing (ABM) to improve demand quality and target enterprise ICPs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Sales on lead follow-up, prioritisation, routing and feedback loops.
- Work with Product Marketing, Content and Social teams to build effective content-to-conversion journeys.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to enhance automation, lead scoring and reporting.
- Support events as strategic pipeline and progression drivers rather than standalone activities.
About You
- You will ideally have 5+ years' experience in demand generation or growth marketing, including:
- Experience marketing to cybersecurity audiences such as CISOs, SecOps, AppSec and IT teams, with a solid understanding of industry challenges, threat landscapes and relevant media channels.
- Background in start-up or scale-up environments, with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Proven ownership of enterprise pipeline targets, funnel progression and marketing contribution to revenue.
- Expertise in lead generation and nurturing across inbound, outbound, retargeting and ABM campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Intercom or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics and campaign performance reporting.
